Speak Life, Not Loss—Don’t Cancel Your Own Blessings!
“Thou shalt also decree a thing, and it shall be established unto thee: and the light shall shine upon thy ways.”
—Job 22:28 (KJV)
Lesson:
Your words are like seeds. If you plant weeds (negative talk), don’t be surprised when blessings get choked out. God wants us to decree good things—like hope, healing, peace, and purpose.
But if all we say is, “I’m broke,” “I can’t,” or “Nothing ever works for me,” we delay our blessings like someone hitting the snooze button on their miracle! Speaking faith shifts environments. What you water is what will grow.

Real-World Example:
Ever met someone who walks around saying, “I’ll never find a job” or “Nobody wants to help me”? Then guess what? They don’t even try! But when someone says, “God has a door open for me—I just need to find it,” that’s speaking life. Their mindset shifts, their feet move, and opportunities show up.
Bible Story:
Remember Zechariah, the father of John the Baptist? (Luke 1 KJV) When he doubted God’s word and spoke disbelief, he literally lost his voice until the baby was born! His mouth had to be shut so God’s plan could move forward. Talk about a divine mute button! Negative words don’t stop God’s plan—but they sure can slow us down.
