God and the Seasons

The Bible tells us that God created seasons and time as part of His perfect plan.
Ecclesiastes 3:1 (KJV) says, “To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven.”
Just like summer follows spring, God’s promises will follow your prayers—right on time.

Genesis 8:22 (KJV) says, “While the earth remaineth, seedtime and harvest, and cold and heat, and summer and winter, and day and night shall not cease.”
God set up Earth with automatic cycles, a heavenly system that even animals follow.

Psalm 104:19 (KJV) reminds us, “He appointed the moon for seasons: the sun knoweth his going down.”
From moonlight to morning sunshine, creation follows God’s heavenly schedule.

Real-World Timing Examples

Groundhogs know when to come out—not by weather apps, but by instinct God placed in them.
Birds fly south for winter—they sense the shift without a calendar.
Babies take 9 months to grow—God’s design, not a doctor’s invention.

And what about time zones? We adjust clocks so children can catch the bus safely in daylight. That’s man’s effort to follow the rhythm God already wrote into creation!

Big Truth

God lives outside of time and space, but He created time for us—a gift to live, love, and grow in seasons. From selfies to sunrises, everything points to a God who loves us deeply.
