The most important trait that has proven to produce productive teams is communication.  Jesus Christ commanded us to love each other, Communication plays a big part in getting along with people.  Sometimes we think we are justified to speak inappropriately: cuss words and words that are capable of crushing someone’s soul because we are hurt or right but if we have love in us, then we are not justified.  

The Lord says to trust him when you are put in situations that lure you to anger-call his name.  He can protect you more if sin is not on you. In addition,  God knows that the aggravating person is his child too.
