Let’s be real—some of us scroll more than we pray. Social media is fun until three hours go by and all you’ve gained is a frozen thumb and a confused brain. God wants us to redeem the time—that means use it wisely, like it’s gold. Because these days? They’re wild. If time was money, some of us are broke!

Real-World Example:
You open your phone to check one message. Then BOOM—cat videos, dance challenges, conspiracy theories, and somehow you’re watching someone cook tiny pancakes on a toy stove. Two hours later, your laundry’s still dirty, your Bible still closed, and dinner? Well… it’s cereal again. 😅

Bible Story:
In Luke 10:38–42 KJV, Jesus visits Martha and Mary. Martha is running around stressed, doing all the work. Mary? She’s sitting at Jesus’ feet, soaking in wisdom. Martha complains, but Jesus says Mary chose the better part. She knew where her time really mattered—at His feet, not in the kitchen or on the scroll!
