John 13:34 KJV A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another.”
Isaiah 9:6 KJV “For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.”
The Lord commands us to love. Single people, it is permissible to obtain a partner but remember, the single act of sex marries you. Everyone you have sex with becomes one with you in flesh. Pray for wisdom and ask God to reveal the character and spirit of the people you meet and ask him to bring people into your life who are God-fearing, and good for you to become friends with to date and marry.
1 Corinthians 6:16 KJV “What? know ye not that he which is joined to a harlot is one body? for two, saith he, shall be one flesh.” Note: For this reason, people have mental, spiritual, and physical problems. They sin against the body and spirit being promiscuous. Pray to God and repent all sexual sins so that you may be whole and of sound mind with peace.
In many cultures, women especially are permitted not to have sex before marriage. According to the bible, if people are engaged, they are permitted to act as a married couple. The promise of marriage is bonding. In the United States persons living together were considered to be in a common-law marriage if they lived together, but that law ended.
The way people married in the earlier days and in many countries today, is far different than in the Western World as in the United States.
In other countries, people dress differently and conduct prearranged marriages. Divorce is not acceptable in most religious communities and brings much shame to the family. It is my observation in the U.S. that people interpret the bible according to the ways of the modern world. However, God is the same God that parted the Red Sea. He is the same God that lives and rules today. He is the God of the whole earth.
God means what he says. His word stands the test of time and that is why we cannot be deceived by trends and what the majority does. God’s laws prevent orphans, homeless seniors, single parents, child support payments, etc. Single people, as well as married people, are expected to conduct themselves according to the laws of God.
James 1:5 KJV “If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.”
1 Timothy 4:12 KJV “Let no man despise thy youth; but be thou an example of the believers, in word, in conversation, in charity, in spirit, in faith, in purity.”
2 Corinthians 6:14 KJV “Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness?”
1 Corinthians 15:33 KJV “Be not deceived: evil communications corrupt good manners.”
1 Corinthians 6:18 KJV “Flee fornication. Every sin that a man doeth is without the body, but he that committeth fornication sinneth against his own body.”
Proverbs 18:22 KJV “Whoso findeth a wife findeth a good thing and obtaineth favor of the LORD.”
James 1:5 KJV “If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.”
1 Corinthians 7:9 KJV 8I say therefore to the unmarried and widows, It is good for them if they abide even as I. 9But if they cannot contain, let them marry: for it is better to marry than to burn. 10 And unto the married I command, yet not I, but the Lord, Let not the wife depart from her husband: 11But and if she departs, let her remain unmarried, or be reconciled to her husband: and let not the husband put away his wife.

1 Corinthians 7:32-35 KJV 32But I would have you without carefulness. He that is unmarried careth for the things that belong to the Lord, how he may please the Lord:
33But he that is married careth for the things that are of the world, how he may please his wife.
34There is a difference also between a wife and a virgin. The unmarried woman careth for the things of the Lord, that she may be holy both in body and in spirit: but she that is married careth for the things of the world, how she may please her husband.
35And this I speak for your own profit; not that I may cast a snare upon you, but for that which is comely, and that ye may attend upon the Lord without distraction.
In heaven, there is no need for marriage. Even if we marry on earth for reproduction-which is God’s will, upon the second coming, those who are approved by God and go to heaven will not have to worry about past husbands and wives. There isn’t a need for reproducing and the body will not be made of flesh. Everyone will be like the Angels.
34And Jesus answering said unto them, The children of this world marry, and are given in marriage:
35But they which shall be accounted worthy to obtain that world, and the resurrection from the dead, neither marry nor are given in marriage:
36Neither can they die anymore: for they are equal unto the angels; and are the children of God, being the children of the resurrection.

Romans 10:9-10 9That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. 10For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness, and with the mouth, confession is made unto salvation
John 3:5-6 5Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. 6That which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is the Spirit.
