Standing before the mirror, we often see flaws before beauty, missteps before triumphs. We judge, criticize, and hold onto the burden of self-blame. But what if forgiveness, not condemnation, held the key to inner peace?

The apostle Paul in 1 Corinthians 11:31 offers a profound insight: “For when we pass judgment on ourselves, we are not condemned by the Lord.” In other words, when we practice self-forgiveness, we release ourselves from the shackles of self-imposed judgment.
