By accessing or using our website (https://dailyscriptureexplained.com), participating in our Biblical Counseling services, or enrolling in our free classes, “45 Days to Learn the Gospel,” you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before using our services.
- Acceptance of Terms
By using our website, engaging in our counseling services, or enrolling in our free classes, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Statement, and any other policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
- Nature of Services
Daily Scripture Explained provides the following services:
- Biblical Counseling: Counseling based on the teachings of the Bible.
- Free Classes: “45 Days to Learn the Gospel,” a free educational program designed to help participants understand the Gospel and Biblical principles.
Non-Medical Services
- Our counseling services are not provided by licensed therapists, psychologists, or psychiatrists. We do not offer medical or psychiatric services.
- By participating in our counseling or classes, you consent to receive guidance based solely on Biblical principles.
- Confidentiality
We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all information shared during counseling sessions. However, confidentiality may be breached under the following circumstances:
- If there is a risk of harm to yourself or others.
- If there is evidence of abuse or neglect.
- If required by law or court order.
By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to these exceptions to confidentiality.
- Liability Waiver
By engaging in our services, you agree to release Daily Scripture Explained, Days to Learn the Gospel, its creator Angela Clark, M.Ed, and its counselors from any liability for outcomes resulting from counseling sessions or participation in the “45 Days to Learn the Gospel” program.
- You understand that our services are not a substitute for professional medical or psychological care.
- You agree to seek professional help if advised during the counseling process.
- Free Classes: “45 Days to Learn the Gospel”
Our free program, “45 Days to Learn the Gospel,” is designed to provide Biblical education and spiritual growth. By enrolling in this program, you agree to the following:
- Participation: You will actively engage with the course materials and respect the Biblical principles taught.
- Non-Commercial Use: The course materials are for personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
- No Guarantees: While we strive to provide valuable and accurate Biblical teachings, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or results from participation in the program.
- User Responsibilities
As a participant in our counseling services or free classes, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information in the intake form and during counseling sessions.
- Respect the counselors, instructors, and the Biblical principles upon which the services are based.
- Follow any recommendations provided during counseling sessions, including seeking professional help if necessary.
- Submission of Forms
To participate in our counseling services, you must complete and submit the required intake and consent forms. These forms must be signed and sent to counselor@45daystolearnthegospel.com. By submitting the forms, you confirm your agreement to the terms outlined in this document.
- Intellectual Property
All content on the Daily Scripture Explained website, including text, graphics, logos, course materials, and other resources, is the property of Daily Scripture Explained and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.
- Termination of Services
We reserve the right to terminate or refuse services to any individual at our discretion, particularly in cases of non-compliance with these Terms of Service.
- Changes to Terms
Daily Scripture Explained reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
