This applies to our relationship with our boss too. By admitting our own mistakes, taking responsibility for our part in the conflict, and seeking genuine forgiveness, we open the door to a healthier and more productive work dynamic.

Real-world example: Sarah, a dedicated employee, found herself constantly clashing with her new manager, David. Their communication styles were clashing, leading to misunderstandings and frustration. Remembering Matthew 5:23-24,

Sarah decided to confront David and apologize for her own contributions to the conflict. She also acknowledged his strengths and expressed a desire to improve their relationship.
