Hello Truth Seekers and Believers,
I hope this letter finds you in good health and spirit. I hope you made it throught he storm without much lost.
As we honor Black History Month, this letter from the editor begins with a simple but powerful truth: all people are created by God, and God is not biased or prejudiced.
Every race carries a history of pain, struggle, and loss—not just one—and God has always been a Deliverer to hurting people. Let’s talk about it.

This week, during a weather warning, I went to the grocery store and felt a heavy dread. The store was full, yet many faces looked distressed—young and old alike—some looked sick, worried, some depressed, some simply looked 10 miles of bad country road. No hope and lost. I almost walked out- seriously.
A few days later, I returned and saw the same store filled with people who looked calm and happy. The Lord gently showed me that people can look fine on the outside while still hurting deeply on the inside.
The difference is knowing Jesus.
No matter your age or race, you may have a real reason to feel distressed, but you never have a reason to live without joy or strength, because “Where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty” (2 Corinthians 3:17, KJV).
The Lord is our Shepherd—we shall not want (Psalm 23 KJV), and “Cast thy burden upon the LORD, and he shall sustain thee” (Psalm 55:22, KJV).
Like Moses at the burning bush (Exodus 3 KJV), who struggled with his past and identity, God does not define us by skin color, mistakes, or history. God reminds us who He is—and who we belong to. You are free in Jesus Christ, deeply loved, and called to walk in purpose and power.
God created people in His own image. This is one of the most important truths in the Bible. From the very beginning, God made humans with bodies and souls. He gave us knowledge, righteousness, and the ability to choose. This means every person has value—not because of status, money, or approval—but because God designed them.

The Bible teaches this clearly:
Genesis 1:27 (KJV)
“So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.”
Today, many people struggle with self-worth. They feel unseen, rejected, or not good enough. When people forget they are made by God, they often look for approval in unhealthy ways—through attention, performance, appearance, or comparison. But those things never bring lasting peace.
God’s Word reminds us that our worth comes from Him, not from people.
Psalm 139:14 (KJV)
“I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well.”
Ephesians 2:10 (KJV)
“For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.”

Bible Story: Moses and the Burning Bush (Exodus 3)
Moses struggled with his identity. He had a past, made mistakes, and felt unqualified. But when God called him from the burning bush, God did not focus on Moses’ weakness. God reminded Moses who He was—and who Moses belonged to. God used him anyway. Moses learned that purpose comes from God, not self-doubt.
Real-World Experience
Many people today feel invisible—especially those who have faced discrimination, poverty, or rejection. Yet when someone learns they are created in God’s image, their posture changes. Counselors and faith leaders often see people gain confidence and peace once they understand their worth comes from God, not public opinion. Knowing this truth helps people stop chasing approval and start walking in purpose.
Why This Truth Matters
When you know God created you, dignity follows. Purpose becomes clear. You no longer have to prove your worth—you live from it.
Reflection Question
Do I see myself the way God sees me, or am I measuring my worth by people’s opinion

A CALL TO SALVATION:
John 3:16 “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.”
Romans 10:9-109That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. 10For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness, and with the mouth, confession is made unto salvation.
John 3:5-65Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. 6That which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. 7
