Greetings in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ! I know everyone is buzzing about the recent sightings of drones and lights of air crafts. Today, I want to share my personal unusual sightings that started at the beginning of the year. These things have been flying around for a minute but are really coming out now. However, I saw a drone and a ROBOT.
Yes, you read that right. My sightings of these technological marvels reminds me of my second topic, how the church, as the body of Christ, holds a much greater power. Let’s talk about it.
Let me start with a personal story of sightings that everyone is talking about on social media. In January, a few weeks after the incident at Florida’s mall where all types of things were seen that were unexplained. I was returning from my regular evening walk near my home, I was on my porch and I spotted strange lights in the sky—round, white, and moving in perfect formation.

I often look at the airplanes coming and going from the Atlanta Airport in the evenings during my walk. They are usually far away but they are nice and usually have a blue light or many color lights. However, these lights that caught my eye were in the opposite direction and were round balls of white light.
So I watched longer, around 15 minutes because these were changing formations. There were three. At first, I thought it was an air force display-like on TV. But as I watched, I heard an airplane sound that was very loud.
I turned and behind me a small plane was coming about 5 feet over my head. I moved under the poach covering watching in awe as the object passed overhead. A bluish-gray object looking like an airplane with many bright lights underneath. It looked like a large toy. I wanted to take a picture with my cell phone but I did not because I thought it may come back.
This plane was half the size of a car too big for a personal drone but not big enough for a person to be inside. I thought that is some AI mess. Nothing flies that low. I watched to see if it would run into a tree or something but it went up into the sky. High up and gone. I went inside. Amazed.
I dismissed it because my attention went to something else. My mother was sick and a few weeks later she passed. I never thought about the incident again until recently, Thousands of people have seen the same thing and took cell phone pictures for proof. Of course, this caught my interest but I did not know the meaning of it.
Then I remembered a second sighting I had that made me think something is going on because no one has stated they saw this. I saw a robot last month in November. I can’t remember if it was before or right after the election. Everyone was excited about the election.

I was leaving my home to go to the gym because my insurance gave its members free gym memberships- Silver Sneakers. I was so glad. After that last incident, I stopped walking in my neighborhood’s nature trail and started going to the gym. Back on track. It was broad daylight.
I saw a robot hovering in the air same area as the airplane. It looked like something straight out of a science fiction movie, with visible nuts, bolts, and electric wires and super hero outfit. It was about 4 ft. high. I ran back inside. I prayed and waited a few minutes.
I did not look out the window. Again, afraid to take a picture. Then I went about my day. Again, just not thinking about it. I meant too but got busy. Lots of people had drones. I did not see why but they were not successful at getting them off the ground for long. I knew this was not a drone. It amazed me because they both looked like very large toys that did not communicate anything.
Many people are seeing things flying in the air. I wonder what is on the ground no one has seen yet. I can’t help but wonder if this has something to do with the transfer of power to President- Elect Trump in January or Is this a warning of spies for a hit on the US or is this a trial run for mass deportation and civil unrest or is it all three. The U.S have made many enemies with other countries in 2024
Lastly, is this the beginning of reaping what we sow with God? Many of my devotional readings over the past few months read that God would send his wrath on every nation that mocked him, very disobedient or harm his children.
Every nation must pay. Regardless how it starts, he ordains it for his purposes. In addition, it is written that some wars are started not by God but by leaders listening to demons to start wars. Which is this? Time will tell.
These experiences got me thinking about the rapid advancement of technology and the chaos in the world today. Drones and robots are tools with great potential for good, yet they also remind us of the need for vigilance and prayer. Technology may dominate the skies, but it is the church—we, the body of Christ—that holds true power. We are protected.
The Bible says in Ephesians 5:23 KJV, “Christ is the head of the church: and he is the savior of the body.” As believers, we make up the church, and it is through our faith and obedience that we wield the power of Christ.
Christ gives the church, his sheep the truth so we are not deceived. Many people of all disciplines have been exposed in 2024. Moses came with the Law. Jesus came with Grace and Truth. Do not be included in “let the blind follow the blind”.
Jesus Christ will not accept ignorance as an excuse. That is why God orders us to come from out the land with our families including children with each one with knowing and understanding of the Lord.
Deuteronomy 6:6-7 KJV reinforces the call for families to teach the knowledge of the Lord to every member: “And these words, which I command thee this day, shall be in thine heart: And thou shalt teach them diligently unto thy children, and shalt talk of them when thou sits in thine house, and when thou walk by the way, and when thou lie down, and when thou rise up.”
“My people perish from lack of Knowledge”. This is because of a refusal to now the word of God as well refusal to ask for wisdom and knowledge. It does not please God that any of us perish.
Believers are a member of the royal priesthood but Hosea 4:6 KJV “¶ My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou has rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children.”
1 Peter 2:9 KJV “But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvelous light:”
The church is separated from the land and others by the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Jesus states John 14:15 KJV “If ye love me, keep my commandments.”
Matthew 22:37- 40 KJV 37Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. 38This is the first and great commandment. 39And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself. 40On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.
The World will not end until the gospel is published all over the world. Some places still do not have it or they reject it for the people.
Matthew 24:14 KJV “And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.”
This power is greater than any drone, robot, or worldly invention because it comes from the blood of Jesus, which has overcome sin, death, and every evil force.
Believers, the church, are called to preserve the church, protect God’s Word, and gather in fellowship. Hebrews 10:25 KJV reminds us, ““Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.”
People, If you haven’t found a church, seek one or start one! Start attending at least twice a month and pay tithes. Make that a resolution for 2025.
As the church, we must also hold our leaders accountable, ensuring they shepherd the flock with integrity. Remember, Jesus said in John 10:27 KJV, “My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me.”
The world is filled with distractions and false teachings, but God equips His people with wisdom. He will return for His bride—the church. Let us prepare by loving each other, loving God, knowing His Word, repenting of our sins, and standing firm in faith.
Together, in prayer, worship, and communion, we reflect God’s love and power to a world in need. By confession of mouth “Jesus is Lord” and Baptism we become the The Bride of Christ, The Church.
