Hello, ePrayer Circle’s Tribe:

I was drinking my morning coffee and thinking about all the things in the world: aliens, demons, witchcraft, various religions and practices against Christianity, child abuse, senior abuse, and kidnapping.  Thank goodness there are good people addressing these issues with authority because of their jobs.  However, they are overwhelmed and we as Christians should participate in the solutions with prayer and the knowledge of the word of God.

In a world of diverse beliefs and practices, it is crucial to safeguard against non-Christian teachings while also ensuring the safety and well-being of our children. This essay explores the importance of vigilance against undue influence, unholy monitoring, and harmful rituals.

We should advocate for a society that respects individual choices and protects the innocence of youth.  When we pray, we should pray for our family and loved ones as well as for others we encounter who need the love, truth, and grace of God.  God answers the faith.

Hebrews 4:12KJV  For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.”

Mark 9:23 KJV  “Jesus said unto him, If thou believe, all things are possible to him that believe.

The Importance of Safeguarding Christian Beliefs

Christianity is a faith that has been around for over 2,000 years. It is the world’s largest religion, with over 2.4 billion adherents. Christians believe in one God who created the universe and sent his son, Jesus Christ, to Earth to save humanity from sin. We also believe in the Holy Spirit, who guides and empowers Christians to live according to God’s will.

In today’s world, Christians are facing a number of challenges to our faith. These challenges include the rise of secularism, the spread of non-Christian religions, and the growing popularity of New Age and other alternative spiritualities.

It is important to safeguard Christian beliefs for a number of reasons. First, Christianity provides a moral compass for many people. It teaches them how to live a good and meaningful life. Second, Christianity offers hope and comfort in times of difficulty. Third, Christianity provides a sense of community and belonging.

Colossians 2:8-10 KJV      8Beware lest any man spoils you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ. 9For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily. 10And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power:

James 1:27  KJV  “Pure religion and undefiled before God and the Father is this, To visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction, and to keep himself unspotted from the world.”

Hosea 4:6 KJV  “My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children.”

Psalms 121:2 KJV  “My help cometh from the LORD, which made heaven and earth.”

Protecting Our Children from Harmful Influences

Children are particularly vulnerable to the influence of others. They are still developing their own beliefs and values, and they are more likely to be swayed by the opinions of others.

As parents and educators, it is our responsibility to protect our children from harmful influences. This includes protecting them from exposure to non-Christian teachings that may conflict with their own beliefs. It also includes protecting them from undue pressure to conform to a particular belief system.

Children will not tell you things because in most cases they don’t know what they would tell you and what they should not. If someone tells them not to tell their parents because they won’t understand. Children will go along with that until they know better.  It is important to tell your children that they can tell you anything, especially very young children.

Ask them daily, how was your day? This open-ended question will let them tell you what is on your mind. Don’t make them feel bad. You are in their corner.  Let it be a positive experience. Try to determine what is really going on, for the things they are NOT saying.

Be active in conversations with your children to see how they are experiencing life. Are they being bullied? Are they being influenced by non-Christian values (witchcraft)?

The verses below emphasize the importance of teaching children right from wrong from a young age. When children are taught good values and morals, they are less likely to be swayed by harmful influences later in life.

Proverbs 22:6 KJV  “Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.”

Deuteronomy 6:7 KJV  “And thou shalt teach them diligently unto thy children, and shalt talk of them when thou sittest in thine house, and when thou walkest by the way, and when thou liest down, and when thou risest up.”

Ephesians 6:4 KJV  “And, ye fathers, provoke not your children to wrath: but bring them up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord.”

Vigilance Against Unholy Monitoring

In recent years, there has been a growing concern about the use of unholy monitoring by individuals and organizations. This type of monitoring can be used to track people’s online activity, their location, and even their conversations.

Unholy monitoring can be used to target Christians for harassment or discrimination. It can also be used to gather information about them that can be used to harm them.

It is important to be vigilant against unholy monitoring. We should be careful about what information we share online and offline. We should also be aware of the signs that we may be being monitored.

By being vigilant and watchful, we can protect ourselves from unholy monitoring and spiritual harm. This includes getting computer and phone protection software.

1 Peter 5:8 KJV  “Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:”

Isaiah 54:17 KJV  “No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and their righteousness is of me, saith the LORD.”

Ephesians 6:10 KJV-13 KJV 10 Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might. 11Put on the whole armor of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. 12For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places13Wherefore take unto you the whole armor of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.

The Dangers of Harmful Rituals

Some non-Christian religions and practices involve harmful rituals. These rituals can be physically or psychologically damaging. They can also lead to spiritual harm.

It is important to be aware of the dangers of harmful rituals. We should avoid participating in them and we should teach our children to do the same.

The scriptures below teach us that by following the teachings of the Bible, we can avoid participating in harmful rituals and live a life that is pleasing to God.

The scriptures prohibit various forms of harmful rituals, including child sacrifice, divination, sorcery, and necromancy. These practices were considered to be an abomination to God and were punished with expulsion from the land.

Ephesians 6:10 KJV  10There shall not be found among you any one that maketh his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, or that useth divination, or an observer of times, or an enchanter, or a witch, 11Or a charmer, or a consulter with familiar spirits, or a wizard, or a necromancer. 12For all that do these things are an abomination unto the LORD: and because of these abominations, the LORD thy God doth drive them out from before thee. 13Thou shalt be perfect with the LORD thy God.

Leviticus 19:26 KJV  “Ye shall not eat anything with the blood: neither shall ye use enchantment, nor observe times.”

1 Samuel 15:23 KJV  “For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft, and stubbornness is as iniquity and idolatry. Because thou hast rejected the word of the LORD, he hath also rejected thee from being king.”

Jesus Christ is the only sacrifice needed forever.  Hebrews 10:12 KJV  “But this man, after he had offered one sacrifice for sins forever, sat down on the right hand of God;”

Creating a Society of Respect and Protection

We live in a diverse society with a variety of beliefs and practices. It is important to respect the beliefs of others, even if we do not agree with them. It is also important to protect our children from harmful influences.  We can create a society of respect and protection by educating ourselves about different beliefs and practices.

We can also teach our children to be critical thinkers and to question everything they hear. The scriptures below teach us that by following the teachings of the Bible, we can create a society of respect and protection by being kind and compassionate to others. We should treat everyone with respect, regardless of their beliefs.

John 13:35 KJV  34A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another.

35By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples if ye have love one to another.

Ephesians 5:19 KJV “Speaking to yourselves in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord;”

2 Corinthians 13:12 KJV  “Greet one another with a holy kiss.”

(Note: Alternate: The Covid Variant is rumored to be out so maybe do a hug or no contact and smile and say, God loves you and so do I. )

A CALL TO SALVATION:

John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

Romans 10:9-10  9That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. 10For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness, and with the mouth, confession is made unto salvation.

John 3:5-6  5Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. 6That which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. 7
