Psalm 100: 3- 5 KJV 3Know ye that the LORD he is God: it is he that hath made us, and not we ourselves; we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture. 4Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, and bless his name. 5For the LORD is good; his mercy is everlasting; and his truth endureth to all generations.
The Bible teaches that Jesus Christ is the fullness of the Godhead in bodily form. This means that in Jesus dwells all the power, authority, and divine nature of God. Colossians 2:9-10 (KJV) declares, “For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily. And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power.”
Jesus is not just a prophet, teacher or Son of God in the flesh; He is also God-The Father (Creator).
(John 1:14 KJV). He has complete authority over all things—both in heaven and on earth (Matthew 28:18 KJV). Through Him, believers have victory over sin, Satan, and every principality that seeks to oppose God’s kingdom (Ephesians 6:12 KJV).
When we put our faith in Jesus, we are made complete in Him. He gives us power over the enemy (Luke 10:19 KJV), and through His name, we have salvation, healing, and deliverance (Acts 4:12 KJV). There is no greater authority than Jesus Christ, for He is the King of kings and the Lord of lords (Revelation 19:16 KJV).
God came off his throne in heaven and walked among us in the flesh so that one day we can walk with him in heaven. He came to earth as the Son of God born of a woman in flesh to complete the work of the cross.
To be saved, you must BELIEVE John 3:16 “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.”
Romans 10:9-10 9That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in your heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. 10For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness, and with the mouth, confession is made unto salvation.
John 3:5-6 5Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. 6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is the Spirit.

alt tag: Jesus – The lamb of God.
The Lamb of God- The Passover
Jesus was sacrificed during Passover, the Jewish celebration of God delivering Israel from slavery in Egypt. This festival commemorates the night when the blood of the lamb protected the Israelites from death (Exodus 12:13).
It is also linked to the famous story of Moses parting the Red Sea, where God led His people to freedom (Exodus 14:21-22 KJV). Jesus, the Lamb of God, fulfilled Passover by offering Himself as the ultimate sacrifice to set us free from sin and death (John 1:29 KJV).
Jesus is the only sacrifice needed for ever. Because of his divine nature, Jesus is the only one that could have made this sacrifice for mankind. We live unto the Lord, thus we are living sacrifices that worship God. There is no condemnation in Jesus Christ and there is no unrighteousness in him. God is Love and God is truth.
You must KNOW that Jesus is sitting in heaven right now as God- a spirit. The angels know him as God. They do not need a blood sacrifice.
Why do we pray, confess our sins, and praise God in Jesus Christ’s name? To accept the blood sacrifice that washes away our sins and connects us to God who is a spirit.
What is the name of God? Jesus Christ. It is the only name Satan bows too. There is no name higher.
Philippians 2:9 KJV “Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name:” There are a lot of things, idols and spirits that other people worship and call God. To pray in Jesus Christ’s name identifies you are praying to the creator. Your sins are covered and you are made holy to talk to God.
John 1:3 KJV “All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.”
John-1-14 KJV “And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.”
Acts 4:12 KJV “Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.”
Many people ask, Who was Jesus praying to when he was on earth, if he is God-The Father? Answer: His higher self. Father, Son and the Holy Spirit are one. God (higher self) is omnipresent -being able to be in more than one place at the same time. He can be across the world and with you at your location at the same time. That is the power of God. Satan is not omnipresent.
1 Peter 5:8 KJV “Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:”
There are a lot of praise names that people call Jesus and some are in the bible but know there is only one name to be saved by. Develop your own personal relationship with God, study the scripture, praise and pray to God to get answers to questions that trouble you. The Holy Spirit teaches believers all things that Jesus taught and is a witness to God.
Note: The United States is the largest Christian Country in the World and the most powerful country in the world. It is well to serve God (The Father) in Jesus Christ.
As an example, below are 10 descriptive names of Jesus found in the Bible:
Note: There are Hebrew names for Jesus in the bible and Hebrew speaking bibles, but in most parts of the world, The Son of God is worshipped in the English name Jesus Christ. Satan tried to change The Son of God’s name by translating it into English but God’s work is not to be undone, therefore God accepted the name Jesus Christ.
- Jehovah – The self-existent, eternal God (Exodus 6:3 KJV).
- Rose of Sharon – A symbol of beauty and glory (Song of Solomon 2:1 KJV).
- Lion of Judah – The victorious and powerful ruler from the tribe of Judah (Revelation 5:5 KJV).
- Alpha and Omega – The Beginning and the End, the eternal One (Revelation 22:13 KJV).
- Emmanuel – “God with us,” revealing His presence among His people (Matthew 1:23 KJV).
- Lamb of God – The perfect sacrifice who takes away the sins of the world (John 1:29 KJV).
- Bread of Life – The spiritual sustenance for eternal life (John 6:35 KJV).
- Good Shepherd – The loving guide who lays down His life for His sheep (John 10:11 KJV).
- Bright and Morning Star – The light that brings hope and guidance (Revelation 22:16 KJV).
- Prince of Peace – The One who brings true peace and reconciliation with God (Isaiah 9:6 KJV).
Each of these names reflects a unique aspect of Jesus’ divine nature and role in God’s plan for humanity.
Isaiah 9:6 KJV “For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.”
Reflection Question: How does knowing that Jesus is the fullness of the Godhead and the head of all power change the way you pray and live your daily life?
History Reference
Thus, YHWH is the sacred name of God, and Yeshua (Jesus) is His Son, the Messiah, who fulfills God’s plan of salvation. 🙌✨ However, Jesus and the Father have the same name: I AM.
The Hebrew name for God is YHWH (יהוה), often pronounced as Yahweh or Jehovah (though the exact pronunciation is debated because certain letters were silent then). This name is known as the Tetragrammaton, the sacred and ineffable name of God revealed to Moses in Exodus 3:14-15 KJV.
In many Jewish traditions, out of reverence, they substitute it with Adonai (אֲדֹנָי), meaning “Lord.” The English translation of YHWH (יהוה) is I AM.
The Hebrew name for Jesus is Yeshua (יֵשׁוּעַ), which means “Salvation” or “Yahweh saves.” It is the short form of Yehoshua (יְהוֹשֻׁעַ), which is equivalent to the English name Joshua. In Greek, Yeshua was translated as Iēsous (Ἰησοῦς), which became Jesus in English.
Scriptural Reference:
- Matthew 1:21 (KJV): “And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins.”
- John 8:58 KJV “Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Before Abraham was, I am.”
