Your heart and spirit can be healed when you speak the Word of God. The Bible is not just a book—it is spiritual power, and it can heal, protect, and restore. When you speak scripture, you are connecting with the universe, building yourself up in the spirit and you’re using a two-edged sword against the enemy.

💔 Pain Point:

Many people today are hurting in their spirit. They feel angry, tired, sad, or lost. Some even follow spiritual practices that call on spirits not from God. These spirits can use people as hosts and bring trouble into their lives and families. If you don’t speak love and life, you may be left unprotected.  

Luke 4:18 KJV   18The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised,

Ben Sirach (Ecclesiasticus) 37:17–18 (Catholic translation):
“The root of all conduct is the heart,
and it draws four branches:
good and evil, life and death
and always rules the tongue.”

This verse explains that:

Everything we do (our conduct) starts in the heart.

The heart leads to four outcomes: good, evil, life, and death.

The tongue plays a big part in these outcomes—it reveals what’s in the heart and influences our direction.

This means speaking scripture cuts through lies and fights back against evil spirits. Jesus Himself used scripture to defeat Satan in the wilderness (Matthew 4:1–11 KJV). You can too!

In some countries, people mix faith with calling on spirits. These may seem harmless or cultural, but they open spiritual doors. Once these spirits are released, they go where they want—into people, homes, even children. If you’re not covered in the blood of Jesus, you’re wide open. They will monitor your life for evil purposes.

Speaking scriptures aloud,   especially in prayer, singing, and reading, send signals to the spirit realm. The universe, and heaven, acknowledge you. That’s how prayer request get heard and answered. Prayer changes things. Introduce yourself often.

💬 Scripture Heals and Builds:  Luke 4:16–21 KJV – Jesus stood up in the synagogue and read the scriptures aloud.  Revelation 1:3 KJV – Blessed is he that readeth, and they that hear…

1. Psalm 107:20 (KJV) – “He sent his word, and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions.”

2. Proverbs 18:21 (KJV) – “Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof.”

3. James 3:10 (KJV) – “Out of the same mouth proceedeth blessing and cursing. My brethren, these things ought not so to be.”

🟨 If you curse, gossip, lie, sing unholy songs or speak evil, your spirit voice may not be recognized in the spirit realm. The Holy Spirit may not honor your request.  That weakens your spiritual armor.  Repent those sins to be covered and teach your children to do so as well. This is the reason many people have to go to a person of higher rank and authority such as a preacher or bishop or deacon to ask them to pray for them.  It is called “intercession”  prayer because God is not listening to them.

 

✝️ Speak Holy to Stand in the Gap

Hebrews 4:12 KJV  “For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any two edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.”

The Bible says Satan was cast out of heaven for being an accuser.    

Revelation 12:10  KJV  “And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night.”

If you constantly accuse others, lie, or speak hate—you are acting like the enemy. Instead, speak life!

Speak the blood of Jesus over your home. Speak love and truth over your children. Use the Word of God as your weapon and your shield.

The universe, and heaven recognizes his word.  

Isaiah 55:11 KJV  “So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.

 That’s why prayer changes things. Many times Jesus would say, I do not know you because the connection was never made or not often enough. Prayer, Reading the bible out loud and singing praises to God are necessary for  spiritual tune ups and best physical health. Ask the Holy Spirit to help you with this by asking for his leading in your devotion life.

In addition, baptism is important for  you to receive the Holy Spirit as well. John 16:15KJV   All things that the Father hath are mine: therefore said I, that he (Holy Spirit) shall take of mine, and shall shew (show) it unto you.”

 John 3:5-6  ⁵Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. ⁶That which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. ⁷

Repeat healing scriptures daily. Start with Psalm 23,  (A Psalm of David.) The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want.

2 Corinthians 10:5 KJV“Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Jesus Christ;”

Luke 10:19  KJV “Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you.”  (nothing by any means shall hurt me.)

 

 🧹Clean up your speech. Replace curses with blessings. Speak peace, not fear.

🙏Pray aloud. Cover your family and yourself in the name of Jesus and with His Word.
