When we speak fear—like always saying “I can’t” or “What if everything goes wrong?”—we open the door for darkness to grow. God wants us to speak with power, love, and a sound mind. That means calm thinking, faith-filled talking, and strong praying!

Have you ever been afraid to speak in front of your class or in a meeting? You imagine everyone laughing or judging. But when you finally speak up, people actually listen, smile, and clap! See? That fear was lying the whole time.
