Luke 22:56-60 King James Version
Peter loved Jesus, yes, but his tongue got him in a test!
“I’ll never deny You!” bold Peter did shout,
But when the heat rose, his courage ran out.
He cut off a guy’s ear, then ran like a pup,
Then three times said, “I don’t know Him—what’s up?”
A rooster crowed, and Peter cried—
“Lord, my words took me on a bumpy ride!”
Holy talk is brave, not loud—
think before you speak out proud!
