Solution: God’s Word gives power when you feel drained. Repeat scripture and/ or  read scripture.  This is the reason memorizing scripture is important. It puts the word of God in your heart. You can retrieve it when you need it.  It is not enough to obtain information but just as important to retrieve it when needed for usefulness.  Write down at least 10 scriptures that empower you in your note taking app on your phone or book mark this website to read on the go.
