The Pain Point: Reopening Old Wounds Over and Over
You’re healing… until you think about it again.
You forgave them… until they post something new.
You moved on… until the next reminder.
Like a scab that never gets the chance to seal, your heart can’t recover because you keep picking at it.

You’re feeding what God is trying to finish.

The Solution: Guard Your Heart and Let God Do the Work
